Shipping Info: We ship via regular post without additional insurance. So we are all reliant on the quality of the national and international postal services. This can be disappointing at times, but in general, thinks work out rather nicely. Depending on where you are in the world, these things can take time. Return Policy: As with any d.i.y. project, we will accept returns of undamaged products but you will have to pay for the return costs. But given the low purchase prices we aim to offer, we suggest that, if you are not happy with the product, you offer it to a friend and order a new one for yourself. Thus helping yourself, your friends and the cause.
